CVE-2026-102180: An attacker causes an rpd crash when BGP RIB streaming telemetry is in use
A Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in the routing protocol daemon (rpd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows an attacker with access to a configured BGP peering session to cause a denial of service by sending a crafted BGP route attribute, which is processed while a BGP RIB streaming telemetry subscription is active.

In short
A stack-based buffer overflow in the routing protocol daemon allows an attacker to crash the system. By sending a crafted BGP route attribute over a configured peering session while a RIB streaming telemetry subscription is active, the attacker triggers a denial of service. The attacker requires network access to the BGP peering session but does not need to log in or interact with a user.
